Thursday night Play Groups
Thursday January 08, 2009, we will be starting Play Groups
Days: Every Thursday night (for the winter months of January through May).
Time: 6:00 - 9:00 PM (come any time between these hours).
Cost: $5.00 per dog per play group session (will be collected at the door).
Owner's Responsibilities: This is ONLY for current active Oscar's Pet Resort customer's (including Training customer's). All dog's must have up to date vaccinations (see our Policy page for details) to attend any play session. If you do not frequently attend Oscar's, it is your responsiblity to show proof of vaccinations before your dog is allowed to stay and play. Please bring a copy of any updated vaccination records with you. Your dog will not be allowed to stay and play if you can't provide the staff vaccination information. If you would like your vet to fax vaccinations before you arrive, please feel free to do so.
You, as the dog's Owner, are responsible for your dog. A staff member will be available to provide supervision of the facility, but the owner is responsible for their own dog(s) behavior(s). Rules will be posted in the gym. Aggression will not be tolerated.
Come join the fun and get to know other dog owner's and stay for as long as you'd like! It is a great way for your dog to burn off any excess "winter" energy in a warm, safe environment. If you are a customer that only uses Oscar's Pet Resort for boarding several times a year, this will be a great way to keep your dog familiar with our facility and socialized!

WINTER NOTICE
Please do not bring your pet for daycare and/or boarding if your pet is exhibiting any signs of not feeling well (i.e. diarrhea, coughing, eye discharge) and have your pet be seen by a Veterinarian. Please see our Policies page regarding Health Maintenance.
Please keep in mind to keep up with your pet(s) vaccinations and remember to bring your vaccination records with you for us to place in your pet(s) file. Rabies vaccination is a PA State required vaccination and if not up to date, owner subject to a fine. Oscar's CANNOT take any pet for any service if pet does not have current Rabies vaccination.
Also a reminder to make sure you have your dog's PA State Dog License on his/her collar. If the State Dog Law comes to inspect Oscar's Pet Resort and your dog does not have his/her license attached to his/her collar, you will be fined $75.00 per dog.
We continue to grow at Oscar's. Please welcome Linsey Kline, Pet Technician. You will be seeing in our office a staff picture board, so you can recognize staff faces and names. You might not get to meet all of our staff depending on when you come in, so hopefully this way you will get to know their faces and know who is caring for your pet!!!

Don't forget to check your pet's mailbox located in office lobby area. This is our way of communicating with you and making sure you are up to date with our growth and changes here at Oscar's.
PLEASE fill out a weekly daycare schedule at the end of every week and give this to the front desk staff. This is a new policy due to the high number of daycare dogs and the office area being very busy. Even if your dog comes the same day, every week, you MUST fill out a form. We DO NOT want to miss scheduling your dog, as we do have to cap certain days to a specific number of dogs. If you arrive with your dog and he/she is not on the schedule, he/she may not be able to stay and play depending on how many dogs that are here that day. This is only meant for the safety of your dog, as well as for our Pet Technician's running the play groups.
